Your privacy is important to us. It is VPNILY Solutions’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://vpnily.com, and other sites we own and operate. This Includes our VPN, Webhosting, Cloud File Hosting & VPS Servers and any other future products we launch.
From here any use of We means VPNILY Solutions.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
Account Creation : When you create an account with VPNILY on our billing portal (portal.vpnily.com) we require basic information from yourself to begin service with us, this is only used for payment and anti-fraud. We also offer a referral scheme in which you can earn money from having your friends sign up using your unique URL, this places a small cookie file on the friends computer used solely for the purposes of tracking the signup ensuring you receive the credit for said signup.
Support : You may be asked to provide information relating to your services when logging a support ticket such as which service or IP Address you are contacting us about. These are stored historically within the support tickets purely for reference should you encounter the same issue in the future
Payments : VPNILY Solutions use third party payment processors for you to make your payments, these are PayPal, Stripe, GoCardless & CoinPayments. We do not see nor store any of your payment details other than if you authorize recurring payments (which is still handled fully by the payment processor)
How we use your personal data : VPNILY Solutions does not share your email address nor any other personal data with any third party, we simply collect the data to provide you a service, recover your account, support you with your issues and to communicate with you about your service. As default we are an OPT IN provider when it comes to emails we send about marketing or any other company emails we send. This means that you have to OPT IN to receive such emails and will not unless you want to. This does not include emails providing your service details, invoice purposes, payment reminders, successful payments and suspension and termination emails.
Data retention : VPNILY Solutions retains information essential to providing you a service. This includes your name, email address and preferred payment method. Once you request to end services with us all data is purged as we have no reason to keep.
Right to access your data, and rights to remove your data : VPNILY Solutions will upon request provide you with the data we hold on you. If you raise a support ticket requesting this data we will first verify it’s actually you and only then will we send you the data to your registered email address with us. All data access requests will be responded to within 7 working days and data provided if applicable within 14 working days of your request.
Non personal data : VPNILY Solutions collects via our websites information that helps us resolve issues with our website and identify sources of our visitors. This helps us understand what page you view, referrers, website loading time. This also helps us with our live chat software should you need to speak to us. None of this data can be tied down to any user and is destroyed after 7 days.
Using the VPNILY Apps : VPNILY Solutions may use statistics from Amazon App Store & Google Play Store installs using our app for crash reports and performance information. This helps us understand how our apps are performing, usage numbers and what operating systems our users use. Our apps do not track you or your movements.
What we don’t collect : We don’t collect, track or monitor any of your usage, browsing activity nor do we shape, restrict nor police what you do whilst using our VPN service. Our policy is of that we DO NOT keep logs on any of our VPN services nor do we have anything to release to any third party.
Data Security : We take the security of our services and users seriously and only authorized members of our team have access to any sensitive parts of our servers and we encrypt our data to further secure it. Our backups are encrypted and sent to multiple destinations externally but under our control.
